The business development companies Converto and MRB are joining forces under one roof to establish a powerful new team for industrial value creation in the northwest of Norway. The new company will be named Converto.
“We want to contribute to value creation in our region and strengthen its existing business community through our competence, expertise and services. By merging together, we can offer a broader knowledge base and a more complete service offering,” says Converto’s managing partner, Jan Petter Hagen. Following the merger, Hagen will lead the “new” Converto, and will help clients to create, change, develop, buy or sell businesses.
A strong team
According to MRB’s managing partner Bjørn Gjerde, the merger will create a powerful and highly competent environment for business development and capital management in the Northwest region of Norway.
